Before applying

ByteSwap does not give broad access first and ask questions later.

Applications are reviewed for reliability, communication, security judgement and role fit. If approved, you may receive onboarding instructions, limited permissions and a requirement to read staff or exchanger guides before using any tools.

Use official ticketsTeam members keep customer instructions, proof and support conversations inside ByteSwap systems.
Protect privacyDo not expose unnecessary customer details, payment information or private support context.
Stay role-limitedStaff, exchangers and partners have different responsibilities. Access is based on need, not status.

Application form

Submit a detailed team application.

You must already be a member of the ByteSwap Discord server. The backend verifies that your Discord ID exists and belongs to a current server member before saving the application.

Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes or sensitive payment information. Short answers are usually not enough for a serious review. Submissions go to the team for review — you will receive a reference ID after submitting.
