Server issues, tickets and disputes.
Staff help users, review support requests, keep channels organized and assist with exchange issues when customers need help.
Team applications
ByteSwap team roles involve customer tickets, payment proof, support records and sensitive exchange situations. This page explains the support staff and exchanger roles before you submit an application.
Before applying
Applications are reviewed for reliability, communication, security judgement and role fit. If approved, you may receive onboarding instructions, limited permissions and a requirement to read staff or exchanger guides before using any tools.
Team roles
Each role serves a different part of ByteSwap. Pick the role that matches your actual skills and availability.

Exchangers work inside claimed exchange tickets and are responsible for accurate instructions, payment review and payout confirmation.
Partners bring customers to ByteSwap through official links and approved messaging. Partner access is handled through the partner program, not this form.
Permissions
The application form below is for staff and exchanger roles. Partner applicants should read the partner page first and explain promotion experience in the extra notes if relevant.

You must already be a member of the ByteSwap Discord server. The backend verifies that your Discord ID exists and belongs to a current server member before saving the application.
Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes or sensitive payment information. Short answers are usually not enough for a serious review. Submissions go to the team for review — you will receive a reference ID after submitting.
