These terms apply when you use ByteSwap as a customer, promote ByteSwap as a partner, use a referral benefit, apply for a team role, or interact with ByteSwap support.
Partners · Approved promoters
Partners may promote ByteSwap only with approved links, accurate wording and clear instructions to use official tickets.
Referral users · Benefit users
Referral benefits apply only when eligible and only through the official ByteSwap flow. Abuse, repeated self-referrals or fake activity can void benefits.
Customer terms
Use the exchange flow carefully.
ByteSwap is built around private Discord tickets so the exchange information, proof and support context stay in one place. You are responsible for checking visible details before sending any funds.
01Open exchanges only through official ByteSwap panels, links or server channels.
02Review the amount, payment method, crypto asset, network and receiving address before sending.
03Upload payment proof, screenshots, TXIDs and relevant notes inside the ticket when requested.
04Do not continue if a user asks you to move the exchange into DMs or use copied instructions outside the ticket.
Exchange responsibility

Crypto · Transfers can be irreversible
Crypto transfers, wrong networks, wrong addresses or unsupported chain transfers may not be recoverable. Always verify the asset and network first.
Payment methods · Follow the ticket instructions
Different methods may require different proof. Do not use a payment method or account that is not accepted in the ticket.
Rates and fees · Values can change
Exchange rates, service fees, availability and payout values can change. The ticket details shown at the time of handling are the details to review.
Chargebacks · Fraud is not tolerated
Chargeback abuse, fake proof, impersonation, stolen accounts, phishing or misleading claims can result in denial of service and server removal.
Partners and referrals
Promotion must keep customers inside the official flow.
Partners and referral users are expected to promote ByteSwap clearly, safely and honestly. The goal is to send customers to the official ByteSwap service, not to create private side deals.

No misleading claimsDo not promise guaranteed profit, speed, approval or payout results.
One-time eligibilityReferral benefits may be limited to one use per eligible client and can be rejected for abuse.
Completed exchanges onlyPartner credit is based on eligible completed exchanges, not clicks, joins or unverifiable claims.
Review rightsByteSwap can pause, remove or deny partner/referral benefits if suspicious activity appears.
Safety limit
ByteSwap will never ask for private account secrets.
Do not share passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, backup codes, full account access or unrelated sensitive personal details with anyone claiming to be ByteSwap staff.

Support and disputes
If there is a missing payout, payout mismatch, unsupported method, suspicious instruction or account issue, open an official support ticket and provide evidence. ByteSwap staff may review ticket records, transcripts, payment proof, TXIDs and related context to make a decision.
Privacy-aware records
ByteSwap may store order and ticket details needed for operation, support, safety and reporting. Public vouches or history should hide customer identity and avoid exposing Discord IDs or sensitive personal details.
Service access
ByteSwap may refuse, pause or limit service for rule violations, suspicious behavior, abusive promotion, fraud attempts, harassment, security risk or activity that harms customers or the server.
Changes to these terms
ByteSwap may update these terms, rules, fees, partner conditions or referral conditions as the service changes. Continued use of ByteSwap means you should follow the latest posted terms and Discord rules.
