This is a practical public summary. Discord ticket instructions and server rules also apply.

Use official channels

Use official ByteSwap Discord panels and tickets for exchanges and support. Do not rely on random direct messages or unverified payment instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking amount, method, wallet address, payment details and ticket status before sending funds.

Crypto transactions are irreversible. Wrong network, wrong address or unsupported chain transfers may not be recoverable.

For missing payouts, amount mismatches, suspicious instructions or account issues, open a support ticket with relevant evidence.

Deals moved outside the official ticket flow are not protected by ByteSwap support review and may be refused.
