Deposit and withdraw reserve
Reserve is LTC-only and backs the tickets you claim.

Claiming exchange tickets
Claim only tickets you can complete with your current reserve and method access.

ClaimThe system locks reserve equal to the full customer sending amount.
UpdateKeep the ticket status current so the customer can follow progress.
CloseOnly close completed tickets. Staff handles early closures.

Normal crypto payout tickets
Use the official ticket details and keep proof inside the ticket.
VerifyConfirm the customer payment and the requested payout network.
SendSend the expected payout to the customer wallet shown in the ticket.
ProofAdd TXID or payout proof before marking the ticket completed.
ReleaseCompletion releases the reserve lock and records your earnings.

Card, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay tickets
These are owner-collected payment methods, so your payout is tracked as owner-owed.
CompleteProcess the ticket normally and keep customer proof in-ticket.
TrackYour owed amount appears in Owner owes you after completion.
SettleOwners pay owed balances externally and mark them settled.
SeparateOwner-owed funds are not the same as withdrawable reserve.
