How to read your status

Four phases from open ticket to confirmed payout.

Every exchange moves through the same public phases. If a payout TXID has been submitted, the lookup also shows confirmations and whether the payout is confirmed. If staff ever open a review, the timeline switches to Support Review until it is resolved.

WaitingThe ticket is open and waiting for the next customer or staff action.

ProcessingPayment or payout details are being reviewed by staff.

ConfirmingA payout TXID has been submitted and confirmations are being checked on-chain.

CompletedThe payout is confirmed and the exchange is finished.

Support ReviewStaff are reviewing the ticket — keep all proof and updates inside the official ticket.
